  • I’m a microsoft vendor - what about me?

    • Yes! Although your donation won’t qualify for the Microsoft dollar-to-dollar match, you are absolutely welcome - and encouraged - to register and participate!

Team Registration

  • Okay, I got a team together and I called out a department rival, now what?

    • Great! Register your team here . When you register, you’ll be able to specify your team name, identify your team members, and select shirt sizes to wear at the event (shirts will be distributed at team check-ins).

  • Great. I registered, but where do I submit my team’s $250 registration fee?

    • Submit your $250 registration into the Microsoft Giving Benevity Portal, here. Make sure to print a copy of your donation from the Giving Tool and bring it to team check-ins on October 9.

  • There’s an error in my team’s registration submission. How do I correct it?

    • For any changes in registration submission, please reach out to Rachel Wilton at rachel@wayouthsoccerfoundation.org. There’s no guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

SWEEPSTAKEs & prizes

  • how much is a ticket and can I purchase more than one?

    • Each ticket is $10. Yes! You can purchase as many tickets as you like.

  • I want to buy tickets but don’t want to wait around for the drawing. do I have to be present to win?

    • No, you don’t have to be present to win. We will post the winning ticket numbers to our “SWEEPSTAKES” page, the day after the event. You’ll have 30 days to redeem your prize. For more info, click here.
